| What I've been going through: My heart cries out, "Father in Heaven, continue to test me with Your Holy Fire! Purify and refine this heart of mine so that it may be made blameless in Your sight. No matter how many times I may fall, I will get back up and set my eyes upon You. Discipline me with Your rod and guide me with Your staff for Your ways are higher and better than my own. Teach me to walk in the ways of righteousness. But all You ask from me is a broken and a contrite spirit..."

| It's been forever since I updated this xanger. The quarter is winding down and a lot has happened through this year. I just really want to thank God for all the lessons that He has taught me and the rest of my homegroup members. I really appreciate each and every member of my homegroup for just supporting Jackie and I through this new transition in leadership. We're going through changes and though it may be hard we will persevere and grow! Praise the Lord for my best friend Kevin accepting Christ, lots of prayer went into this and God really does answer your prayers if you ask earnestly. Well, what I've learned from God this quarter and I'm still learning is obedience, trusting in Him, being sensitive to others with the words that come out of my mouth, feeling God's heart, that I'm never (fighting) alone, improving my speaking skills, organization, discipleship, patience, meekness, boldness though I need more of it, brokenness, relationships, the desire to go deeper in the Word, being a doer, responsibility, prayer, perseverance, constantly being in a heart of worship, and many other things. Without any of these abilities, characteristics, or qualities, I wouldn't be where I am right now. Without the struggles or obstacles, I wouldn't have grown. Definitely God has an abundance more for me to learn till the day He comes. Thank You, Thank You Jesus. It's coming closer to Thanksgiving and we should really get into that spirit of thankfulness. God has provided for many of us and we can't even fathom on just how many things He has done. So remember first of all to thank God first for the countless blessings that you have and then thank your parents, friends, peers, neighbors, etc. Have a great Thanksgiving break!
